We recently undertook our annual surveys to hear from our projects and maintenance customers about our service.
Here is the feedback they provided to the question: “In your own words, what do you like most about our service?”
- CSS has always been keen to help even we have those unplanned events.
- Always ready with a solution. Timely responses to queries/issues.
- Personable and timely.
- Service calls are attended to in a very timely manner and the service technicians are knowledgeable and helpful.
While we are always looking at ways to improve our service, it is great to have this type of feedback. Especially as many of our customers are long term.
